The Cymbal pendant, made from a solid copper sheet and a torched stainless center hemisphere, is a glare-free pendant which bounces its light off the warm copper tones, creating an inviting warm light. This pendant produces a great architectural appearance when hung in multiples in bigger spaces. The Cymbal pendant was developed with Architect Greg Tisdall and Shane Holland as a response to a high roof space in a seaside cottage in Dublin. Shane developed the ground surface finish on the Cymbal with a customized vinyl turntable to give a special texture. The name of Cymbal acknowledges Greg as a drummer and our interest in music.
