Winner of the IDEA Design Award for Product Design in 2011

The Ruray LED powered desk light with a distinctive wave style form is based upon the legendary wave Tonn Ruraigh that breaks off of County Down on the coast in Ireland. A legend suggests that this large roaring wave could be heard but never seen. In Ruray, we have reimagined what this legendary wave might look like as a contemporary light.
It can be set horizontally on a desk or be popped up on its end to give a more general room light to add atmosphere. Ruray is a hand-formed light and highly collectible as each one is signed and numbered buy the designer.
