Aamsco President to Speak at Thomas Edison National Historic Park

Posted on January 15, 2014 in News

Join us on January 16th at New Jersey’s Thomas Edison National Historic Park, where our company’s president, Bob Rosenzweig, will be speaking about incandescent bulbs and how they have changed throughout the years.

You’ll learn about Thomas Edision and the technical and business history of these bulbs from when they were created in the 1880s to their growth in popularity in the 1920s to today’s push for LED light bulbs. In addition to historical information, you’ll also be able to view the advertisements and light bulbs used in older time periods.

At Aamsco, we still pay tribute to Thomas Edison today with our Ferrowatt line of antique incandescent bulbs. You’ll be able to view these unique bulbs at this event.
