The terms “us” or “we” or “our” refer to Aamsco Lighting, the owner of the Website. A “Visitor” is someone who merely browses our Website but has not registered as Member.
A “Member” is an individual that has registered with us to use our service or has filled out an on-site webform.
Our “Service” represents the collective functionality and features as offered through our Website to Visitors and Members.
A “User” is a collective identifier that refers to either a Visitor or a Member.
All text, information, graphics, audio, video, and data offered through our Website are collectively known as our “Content.”

Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding your use of our Website. Aamsco Lighting reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of our Legal Terms and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to canceling your Member account, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information, as allowed under our Privacy Policy.

Shop

Sale prices are as marked. Clearance items are generally old-stock merchandise sold at or below cost. Some clearance items may be slightly damaged, in slightly damaged packaging or open-box items but are in usable condition. There is no warranty on Clearance items. Sale pricing good while supplies last; first come, first served; no rain checks. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Deducted freight charges will be charged back. Orders for $100 or more will be shipped freight paid (U.S. shipments only) unless marked otherwise; method to be determined by Aamsco. If customer requires expediting shipping, those costs will be paid by customer. Items that are marked to be shipped by truck will be shipped by most economical method and customer will be notified of shipping charges. Those charges to be paid at time of shipping.

Returns

No product may be returned without Aamsco’s prior written authorization. All returns are subject to inspection. Issuance of RGA does not authorize credit to be taken. Aamsco reserves the right to refuse returns for reasons other than repair, replacement or shipping errors. If order was paid through PayPal, refunds will not include the PayPal fee. Only our errors will be corrected at our expense, including any PayPal fees. There will be a restocking fee of 25% on all returns of acceptable goods. Goods returned in non-saleable condition will be returned at sender’s expense and no credit will be issued. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 60 days. Shipping costs of products under warrantee will be the responsibility of the buyer. Replacement shipping costs within the lower 48 US States will be incurred by Aamsco. Customers outside of the US, Hawaii & Alaska will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from Aamsco.

Damage

All shipments are packed with great care by experienced packers using standard approved packing methods. As all shipments are FOB our warehouse, transfer of ownership occurs when product is picked up by carrier. If any damage occurs in transit, do not refuse shipment, as this may incur unnecessary shipping expense and delay. File claim with your loss or damage. Carrier is responsible for breakage in transit. We will be glad to assist you in every possible manner in collecting your claim for loss or damage.

Intellectual Property

Our Website may contain our service marks or trademarks as well as those of our affiliates or other companies, in the form of words, graphics, and logos. Your use of our Website does not constitute any right or license for you to use such service marks/trademarks, without the prior written permission of the corresponding service mark/trademark owner. Our Website is also protected under international copyright laws. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any portion of our Website is strictly prohibited. Your use of our Website does not grant you ownership rights of any kind in our Website.

General Terms

Our Legal Terms shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Pennsylvania, United States, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Any cause of action by you with respect to our website, must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. Should any part of our Legal Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
